D1, D2, D5, D6, D15, D16 (3 & 4 BHK) ready delivered.
F5, F6, F9, F10, E21, E22, E23, E24, E25, and E26 blocks have already been delivered, while E3, E4, F7, and F8 are in the ready-to-move stage. Interior finishing is complete, including master bedrooms, drawing rooms, dining areas, kitchens, front elevations, and sliding door installations. Some floors are still available as ready-to-move options.
The buildings works has been completed and are almost ready to move. Sample flats are available at Site.
The works on B20 and B21 are nearly finished, with sample flats ready on-site for visits. The floors are ready for occupancy and open for booking. Other blocks like B22, B23, B7, B8, B9, and B10 are in various stages of finishing, though their structures and brickwork have already been completed.
The works on A10, A11, A12, A13, A14 & A15 are in various stages of finishing, though their structures and brickwork have already been completed.
Internal road network development across the 10-acre site has been fully completed. The Completion Certificate has been issued by the GDA to the Developer Companies.
Underground utility infrastructure including sewer line installation and pipe network for water supply and drainage.
